Join us, along with Porch Swing Farms, Tuesday, May 18 from 6:00-8:00pm for Eggs on Tour: France and Spain. We will learn to prepare two delicious and easy meals that make the most of farm fresh eggs. We’ll talk about eggs (how they work, how to store them, which came first, etc) and farm life while demonstrating the Spanish tortilla, a delectable layered dish of eggs, potatoes, green peas and red peppers, and the French omelet, a classic preparation that creates a weeknight supper in minutes. All participants will receive a dozen Porch Swing Farms eggs to take home.

Classes typically run for two hours, and include all dishes you and the chef prepare.

You’ll be offered a glass of wine and provided with water. You’re welcome to bring any beverage of your choice for the rest of the evening. Reserve a spot by calling us at 501-664-6900 or checking-out right here in our online store!

About Porch Swing Farms

Porch Swing Farm farmers Holly Payne and Aaron Baldwin returned to Arkansas a few years ago and dove into raising up delicious food. On their small farm near Toad Suck, they produce humanely raised, heritage breed, pastured pork and multicolored eggs from pastured, heritage breed, happy hens. All to serve their love of food. Aaron is passionate about cooking delicious meals from better ingredients. Holly wants to be part of a food system that is humane and thoughtful. Together, they eat very well and want to share the experience.
