Is your child looking to step up their babysitting resume? If so, Safety Before Skill has the perfect class for them!

This Saturday October 9th, they will be offering a Babysitting and CPR class. The new Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) program from Health and Safety International (HSI) gives teenagers and young adults everything they need to know for safe and successful babysitting.

This class will go over everything from launching your babysitting business and advertising to safety for babysitters and when to say no. They also go over baby proofing, accident prevention, feeding, diapering, hygiene, and age appropriate games.  They also cover behavior challenges, Advanced First Aid, CPR for Adults, Infants and Children, and Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

This course is perfect for teens and young adults interested in a babysitting business, or who have responsibility for younger family members.

*Eligible participants will be 10+.

This class conforms to the 2015 AHA Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC, and the 2015 AHA and ARC Guidelines Update for First Aid.

The certification is effective for 2 years.

Required for Successful Completion: Written Evaluation & Skills Evaluation; Students must perform required skills competently without assistance
