Easter At Home
Easter Egg Puzzle Hunt
Get an Easter themed puzzle (or your child’s favorite) and hide puzzle pieces inside eggs.
Hide them around your house and have the kids hunt for them and then put together.
Make Deviled Eggs with your dyed eggs
This is one of my favorite Easter traditions because it’s super fun because the egg whites are normally tye-dyed!
Egg Roll
Have a competitive edge in your family? Gather them all up and have a race to see who can roll their egg the farthest downhill. You could even get a huge egg (Dollar Tree has them) filled with goodies for the winner!
Easter Sponge Stamps
This is a great activity for you do with with your toddlers or let you elementary aged kids experiment with colors. Grab some plain sponges and take a sharpie and draw a bunny, egg, and/or carrot on a sponge and cut it out. Using a paint brush paint onto the sponge for toddlers or let you older kids do it themselves and use as a stamp.
Easter Egg Guessing Game
Put 20 small household items in Easter Eggs and set a timer for 2 minutes. Have your family members guess what’s in each egg.
For each correct one you get a point, the person with the most points wins.
You can even change it up for younger kids by having them open the eggs and categorize them by color, type (animals vs. vehicles), etc.
